The Pod Club is the investment arm of Pods Apart. Investors can purchase a pod, individually or jointly and utilise the Pod as an income generating asset. The Pod is leased out to carefully selected global operators, earning income returns for the investors and reducing capital outlay for users of the Pods. The Pod Club placements are investor approved, location and operator specific.
Our adaptive architecture and modular build technology allows us to easily design and manufacture sustainable pods for any market and any location.

Upon signed acceptance of the Pod Concept Design and Cost estimate a detailed Quote will be prepared to include the following:
Total cost of manufacturer, floor plans, inclusions and exclusions, scope of works and schedule timelines for manufacture, delivery, installation on site & assembly on site
Full modular pod inclusive of plug and play finishes & fittings as per agreed scope of work
Certificates of Compliance and full set of Professional drawings
Installation by our professional team
5-year factory component warranty & access to professional maintenance guidance
from Pods Apart
Full insurance coverage from placement of order until 2 months post installation
Pod stand structural design fees and manufacture of pod stands if required
Council fees, local building planning permissions
Transport to site and site preparation not included
External MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing service & supply)
Any additional mechanical build support if required for installation
Pod is sold unfurnished unless furniture is included in scope of works.
Subsistence and transport of onsite assembly/disassembly team where necessary
Any additional costs not outlined in the scope of works
It is advisable that all Pod Build installations have the required building approval and comply with all local regulations, especially in terms of fire and safety. This is a mandatory requirement for Pods leased form The Pod Club. Pods Apart can assist the client in obtaining such approvals.
Upon the confirmation of Pod design, scope of work agreement, timeline approval and payment order of the purchase price is follows:
Initial Payment: 10 % of total contract value on signing of the contract.
Progress Payment 1: 50 % of total contract value on agreed contract start date.
Progress Payment 2: 30 % of total contract value at completion of factory manufacture, prior to shipment.
Final Payment: 10 % of total contract value on completion of installation.
Our Pod pricing is dependant on the size, design, and installation requirements. Please contact us for an accurate price quotation. Where possible, standardised costs are used. A completed unfurnished Pod estimate:

Upon the signed agreement, the manufacturing process. A maximum 12 weeks from placement of order . The actual Pod assembly is design dependent but assembled in +/- 3 working days by our professional team.
The portable Pod structure is modular flat-packed ex-factory & transported to site as per the scope of work.
Pod bases are completed on site one week prior to pod delivery timeline.
The Pod is assembled by our qualified team and fitted out to completion per the scope of work.
